Digital product & refund policy

Maker Margin System is a digital product; no physical item is shipped. After checkout is configured and opened, the product page and receipt will identify the included files, supported formats, version, and delivery method before purchase.

Review the product scope, compatibility, included files, and explicit exclusions. Core is a manual planning workbook and does not provide live marketplace sync, irregular-shape nesting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, or guaranteed outcomes.

Because downloadable files can be accessed immediately, refund eligibility must be reviewed against the final checkout terms and applicable law. The final policy will explain the request window and how duplicate purchases, materially incorrect descriptions, corrupted files, or inaccessible downloads are handled before checkout opens.

If an included file is missing, damaged, or cannot be opened in a declared supported application, support will first provide a replacement copy or a documented fix. A support address and response expectation must be published before sales begin.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Checkout remains disabled until the final seller, jurisdiction, provider, and support terms are reviewed.
