Digital product & refund policy
Maker Margin System is a one-time digital purchase delivered instantly after checkout. This policy explains delivery, the 14-day satisfaction guarantee, and how file problems are handled.

Digital delivery
Maker Margin System is a digital product; no physical item is shipped. Immediately after your payment is confirmed by Stripe, the confirmation page shows a secure download of the workbook file (maker-margin-system-v1.xlsx, a 10-sheet Excel-compatible workbook).
What you receive
Your purchase is the 10-sheet XLSX workbook described on the product page. It is an Excel-compatible file; a Google Sheets version is not included.
14-day satisfaction guarantee
If the workbook is not right for you, email hello@cyberfrad.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund—you do not need to justify the request. Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe and typically settle within a few business days.
File support
If a file is missing, will not download, or cannot be opened in Excel or a compatible spreadsheet application, contact hello@cyberfrad.com and we will provide a working copy or a documented fix before anything else.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms; card details are handled by Stripe and never by this storefront.
